Reiki is a gentle form of hands-on energy work that supports healing and balance on a physical, mental, and emotional level. By working with the universal life energy that flows through all living beings, Reiki helps the body settle, the mind quiet, and the whole system return to harmony.Many people experience a session as a deeply calming, restorative state — somewhere between meditation and sleep — where tension softens and the nervous system can slow down.
My sessions combine traditional Reiki with grounding bodywork, guided relaxation, and subtle sound elements.A session typically unfolds in three parts:✓ Arrival & Conversation
We begin with a short check-in where I talk you through the session and you can share anything you would like me to know — for example areas of focus and touch sensitivities.✓ Guided Relaxation & Grounding
A short meditation and gentle grounding body-touch sequence help you settle into the space and arrive fully in your body.✓ Reiki Treatment
You then receive the Reiki session itself. I work with a combination of traditional hand placements and intuitive guidance. The touch is light, still, and unhurried.You remain fully clothed throughout the session.The intention is simple: to create a calm space where your body can slow down, reset, and restore.

Hi, I’m Franzie.My path into healing work began after experiencing a burnout in 2010 while working in a demanding industry. That led me to explore practices to support balance, resilience, and wellbeing, and set me on a lifelong learning path focused on how the body releases stress and returns to balance.I trained as a yoga teacher in India and deepened my understanding of the body through studies in Yin Yoga, meridian theory, and Shiatsu. Receiving the Reiki Shoden initiation brought these experiences together in a simple and powerful practice centered on deep relaxation and energetic balance.My sessions are calm, intuitive, and grounded. I focus on creating a space where the body can slow down, release tension, and restore its natural balance.
